Recipe preparation

Whisk the yolks and sweetener in a bowl until fluffy.

Add mascarpone, cognac, cream and mix thoroughly for a few minutes.

Transfer the resulting mixture to a container for freezing and place in the freezer for 1 hour.

Then pour the mixture from the container into the mixing bowl and beat for 4 minutes.

Then transfer the mixture back to the container and place in the freezer for another 1 hour.

Repeat this operation one more time, stir, arrange in glasses and leave the ice cream in the freezer for 3 hours so that it hardens well.
