Dissolve gelatin in warm water.
Whisk 3 egg whites until peaks.
Add 4 drops of Melon flavor and three teaspoons of sweetener
When the gelatin dissolves, mix everything and beat again with a blender.
We send it to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Cut into cubes
