Recipe preparation

Combine the yolks with sweetener, beat the whites.

Mix everything gently. Add flour and baking powder.

Pour into a mold, bake a biscuit

Cool the finished biscuit, cut into 2 cakes.

Trim ends to form a square.

Cut the resulting squares in half into rectangles.

Saturate them with a little cream combined with sweetener.

Whip the remaining cream until creamy.

Smear each crust, top and sides.

Grind the rest of the cake in a blender.

Sprinkle the cake over the top and sides.

Combine the rest of the cream with the cocoa and put on top of the cake.
