Whisk eggs, paprika, salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a pan.
Pour eggs and cook over medium heat.
Fry on both sides until golden brown.
Cool the finished omelet.
When the omelet is completely cool, spread the cheese, spread the lettuce.
Layer a layer of sliced peppers.
Roll gently and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
