Recipe preparation
Pancakes: whisk eggs and whites (I made 3 eggs + 3 whites), add a little salt and add sweetener.
Pour in cream and water. You can add vegetable oil.
Beat everything into a homogeneous mass and bake in a hot pan.
Filling: fry the onions, add mushrooms there (I had frozen wild mushrooms).
Salt, fry until tender.
Cut the liver into small cubes.
Fry the onions and carrots in a pan, add the liver there.
Fry until tender.
Then grind the liver with carrots and onions with a blender, or pass through a meat grinder.
Stir in butter.
Mix with mushrooms.
Put on a pancake with a spoon and wrap it in an envelope.
