Serving for 4 steaks

Marinade:

3 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp balsamic vinegar

Red bell pepper

Provencal herbs

Wash the meat, dry it with napkins, pour over the marinade and leave to marinate for an hour.

Next, in a well-heated skillet (oiled), fry the meat on both sides for 2-3 minutes.
