Whisk the whites until firm foam, sweetener + vanillin
Pour gelatin with water until it swells, after it swells, heat the gelatin until it dissolves completely, wait until it cools
Then pour the gelatin into the whites, beat
Pour into molds and refrigerate for a couple of hours
