Recipe preparation

For the cake:

Egg - 1 pc.

Soda - 4 gr. (0.5 tsp)

Butter - 90 gr.

Flour - 90 gr. (9 tbsp.)

For filling:

Dill - 10 gr. (small bundle)

Eggs - 2 pieces

Salmon - 110 gr. (raw), you can take 1 steak

Cream 33-35% - 150 ml.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Mix everything for the crust. You should get a lump of shortcrust pastry.

Put the dough into a mold, form a base with sides about 2 cm.

Place in a preheated oven to 180 ° C for 5 minutes.

Remove from oven, add diced salmon.

In a bowl, combine eggs, cream, salt, pepper and chopped dill.

Stir well and pour the salmon just below the dough sides.

Bake at 170 ° C for 30-35 minutes or until the crust appears golden brown.
