Recipe preparation

Fry pieces of cheese in a pan with butter (preferably on both sides until brown crust), fill with two (or more) eggs.

Stir the eggs with a fork in a frying pan (you don't need to stir, then you get fried eggs).

Fry until tender, sprinkle with herbs and black pepper.
