Wash the shrimps, heat the pan, add 100 g butter for 5 shrimps (300-350 g)
Add a clove of garlic, salt, spices, cover and simmer for 3 minutes.
Then turn the shrimps and fry with the lid open for 1-2 minutes on both sides.
