Recipe preparation

Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater

Stir the soda in the cream, leave for 5 minutes

Add salt and cream to the zucchini, stir

Add flour and mix thoroughly

Fry pancakes over low heat under a lid on 2 sides until golden brown

Serve with sour cream
