Recipe preparation

Pour black tea, ground cinnamon and zest with boiling water, cover and infuse for 15 minutes

Then we pour the finished tea into two containers equally

Cool the tea in the first container and add gelatin

Pour the sweetener into another container

Stir the egg yolks and slowly pour hot sweet tea into them

We put this mixture in a water bath and, stirring constantly, heat until it thickens

Then add cream to this mixture, let it dissolve completely and at the end add the dissolved gelatin

Pour the finished mixture into molds and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours
