Recipe preparation

Whisk in the egg yolks with the sweetener until completely dissolved and light.

Add mascarpone and beat until smooth.

Whisk the whites into a firm foam.

Add to mascarpone mixture.

Add a spoonful of ground coffee to the finished mixture.

Stir again and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
