Recipe preparation
My fillet, cut lengthwise (a la steaks), beat off almost to transparency.
Boil broccoli. Make puree in a blender.
Mix sour cream with soy sauce and mustard.
Cover half of the "steaks" with sauce, put in a baking dish.
The layer should not be thick.
Set aside a little sauce to cover the second half of the turkey, add the rest to the broccoli, mix, spread the turkey on top and cover with the remaining meat, after having coated it.
It is better to additionally cover the top layer of the turkey with a sour cream-soy mixture.
We send all this miracle into an oven preheated to 200 ° C for 20-30 minutes, eat with pleasure.
