Recipe preparation
Soak turkey brisket in salted water for 2 hours.
Brine: proportion - 1 glass of water - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of salt.
After 2 hours, stuff the meat with garlic.
Mix sweet paprika, salt (a little), pepper + vegetable oil.
Smear the brisket with grease and put it in a very hot oven.
Bake for 15 minutes, then turn off and do not open for 2 hours.
