Recipe preparation

Beat the eggs until smooth. Add salt, pepper, and herbs to taste, then mix again.

Heat a skillet and add a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil (any type you prefer). Pour the egg mixture with a ladle. Cook the crepes covered on one side, or uncovered on both sides.

Place a cooked crepe on a plate, sprinkle with your favorite cheese, and roll it up.

It turned out as 3 rolls, which can be cut in half.
