Burn fat, build muscle, and reveal definition with an 8-minute high-intensity Tabata workout consisting of squats and push-ups.
Classic Tabata training lasts 4 minutes and is a form of HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) with strict intervals.
Before starting, be sure to warm up on a stationary bike or treadmill, and do a few bodyweight push-ups and squats.
Alternate 20 seconds of squats with moderate working weight with 10 seconds of rest.
Complete 8 rounds, strictly following the schedule.
After finishing the first part, rest for 2 minutes and repeat the same with push-ups.
Remember: high intensity requires proper form.
