Courtney Gardner offers an intense arm workout for women that has nothing to do with stereotypical exercises using pink dumbbells and hundreds of repetitions. This program will make you sweat but will take no more than thirty minutes.

The workout is based on sets in the range of up to ten repetitions with short rest periods. The program includes supersets and double drop sets. Performing six relentless exercises will make your arms burn and your heart pound.
