Take the dumbbells in your hands and sit on the edge of the bench. Hands hang freely along the body, palms facing each other. This will be your starting position. Keeping your body still, raise the dumbbells out to the sides, just above shoulder line. Elbows may be slightly bent. Hold the dumbbells in the up position for a second. On an inhale, slowly lower the dumbbells to the starting position.
