How to do breeding with dumbbells in emphasis
Stand up straight, holding the dumbbells in your hands. Keeping your back straight, bend over and touch the bench with your forehead, as shown in the figure. The arms should be relaxed and perpendicular to the floor. The palms are directed towards each other. The torso should be as parallel to the floor as possible. This will be your starting position. Bend your elbows slightly and, as you exhale, raise them to the sides, trying to maximize the use of the rear bundle of deltas. Hold your hands in the most tense state at the top of the range of motion and, while inhaling, return them to their original position. This exercise helps to work out the back bundle of deltas with a higher working weight, without straining the back muscles.
