How to do crossover reduction
To get into the starting position, adjust the weight you need, take the cable handles in each hand. Joining your hands in front of you, take a step forward beyond an imaginary line that would connect both handles. The torso should be slightly inclined forward, as shown in the figure. This will be your starting position. Keep your arms slightly bent at the elbows to prevent undue strain on the biceps. As you inhale, spread your arms to the sides in a wide arc until you feel a stretch in the pectoral muscles. Hint: keep in mind that during the exercise, the arms and torso remain motionless, movement occurs only in the shoulder joint. As you exhale, return your hands to their original position along the same path. Hold your hands in this position for a few seconds. Complete the required number of repetitions. Exercise variations: You can change the point of connection of the hands in front of you.
