Lie on the floor with the fitball behind you. Hands shoulder-width apart, as in a push-up position. Now place the bottom of your calf on top of the ball. Tip: In this position, your legs should be fully extended and the weight of your upper body transferred to your arms. This will be your starting position. Keep your back straight and your upper body still. As you exhale, begin to pull your knees towards your chest, twisting. The ball moves along the ankles, as shown in the figure. Hold this position, tighten your abdominal muscles. While inhaling, slowly straighten your legs, rolling the ball back to the starting position. Complete the required number of repetitions.
