How to do french bench press with dumbbells
Lie on a flat bench with two dumbbells straight out in front of you. The arms are extended upward at a right angle relative to the body and the floor. Palms facing inward, do not spread your elbows. This will be your starting position. While inhaling, without moving your shoulders and elbows, lower the dumbbells down. Continue moving until the dumbbells are approximately at ear level. As you exhale, return the dumbbells to their original position, tensing the triceps. Complete the required number of repetitions. Attention: be extremely careful when choosing a weight, too much weight can lead to injury or sprain. If you have problems with the elbow joints, you should replace this exercise with a barbell bench press with a narrow grip on the bench. Variations: You can also do this exercise by alternately lowering the dumbbells.
