How to do incline dumbbell biceps curl
Take a dumbbell in each hand and sit on an incline bench. The arms should be slightly out to the sides of the body, as shown in the picture. Turn the dumbbells slightly towards you. You will do a normal biceps curl, keeping your wrists as far away from your torso as possible. The back of the bench should be tilted approximately 45 degrees. Hands down by the sides of the body, elbows pointing inward, palms facing forward, thumbs pointing away from the body. Tip: this position of the hands will be maintained throughout the exercise, you should not turn your wrists at the top. This will be your starting position. As you exhale, simultaneously bend both arms for biceps. Tip: control the movement of the dumbbells, do not let your arms sway. Stay in this position. As you inhale, slowly lower your arms to the starting position. Complete the required number of repetitions. Variations: You can use a cable trainer to complete the exercise.
