How to do inline skating
Inline skating is an enjoyable form of physical activity that helps to strengthen the cardiovascular system and increase muscle endurance. It also has a beneficial effect on the development of a sense of balance and coordination of movements. To start long workouts, you need to work out the basics - turns and braking. Don't forget to wear a helmet to protect yourself from possible injury if you fall. You can ride at an average pace for 30 minutes, or increase your cardio by doing five-minute runs: riding two minutes at maximum speed, resting at a leisurely pace for the remaining three minutes. A person weighing 70 kg will lose 175 kilocalories during a 30-minute workout at a slow pace.
