How to do one-arm bent over triceps extension
Hold a dumbbell in one hand with a neutral grip (palm facing you). Bend your knees slightly and lean forward, bending at the waist as shown. Keep your back straight, almost parallel to the floor. The head is raised. The part of the arm from the shoulder to the elbow is in line with the line of the torso, parallel to the floor. The arm is bent at the elbow at a right angle so that the forearm is perpendicular to the floor. This will be your starting position. Keeping your shoulder still, tighten your triceps to lift the weight up while straightening your arm. Exhale while doing this movement. The movement is performed only with the forearm. After a short pause, while inhaling, slowly lower the dumbbell, returning your hand to its original position. Complete the required number of repetitions. Change your hand and repeat the exercise.
