Recipe preparation
Use good-quality oranges — they should be juicy and flavorful.
Ripe bananas work best.
Instead of honey, you can use maple syrup, sugar, or another sweetener.
Adjust the amount of ginger to your taste.
Peel the oranges and remove the white pith. Separate them into segments and remove any seeds. Place the peeled oranges into a blender.
Peel the bananas, slice them into rounds, and add to the oranges.
Peel the ginger, cut it into small pieces, and add it to the other ingredients.
Add honey to taste.
(In hot weather, you can also add ice cubes.)
Blend everything until smooth.
Pour the smoothie into glasses. Enjoy your drink!
