Recipe preparation
Cut fresh small oblong tomatoes crosswise to the middle or slightly deeper.
With a teaspoon, gently remove the core.
Chop or grate the cucumber very finely.
Combine with cottage cheese, season with dried basil, salt and pepper.
Mix.
Stuff the tomatoes with filling, put on a dish, garnish with green onions.
