Recipe preparation
Puree the avocado.
Add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
Grind the tuna with a fork.
Add mayonnaise to it, to taste.
We mix.
Finely chop the tomatoes.
Finely chop the fish.
Put the avocado puree on the bottom, then the tomatoes, then the tuna and put the red fish on top.
