Recipe preparation

Slice the avocado in half lengthwise and remove the pit.

Take out the pulp without damaging the skin with a teaspoon.

Cut the pulp into cubes, add lemon juice and stir.

Cut into 2 or 4 cherry pieces.

Cut the shrimp into small pieces.

Stir avocado pulp with shrimp and tomato.

Season with salt to taste and season with vegetable oil.

Fill the avocado skins with salad.
