Recipe preparation
Cut the chicken fillet along the grain into thin sticks with a section of about 1 ~ 2 cm.
In a bowl, combine vegetable oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Put chicken sticks there and mix.
Cut the bacon slices into strips 0.5 ~ 0.7 cm wide.
Wrap a ribbon of bacon around each stick.
Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, tucking the ends of the bacon under the chicken.
Preheat the oven to t = 220 ° C.
