Recipe preparation

Heat the oven to 230 degrees.

Line a baking sheet with foil or baking paper.

In a skillet in oil, fry the onions until soft.

Then add the zest and minced garlic.

After a minute, pour in half the lemon juice.

Put the fish on a baking sheet.

Season with salt and pepper.

Put the fried mixture on top, sprinkle with half of the dill.

Send to bake for 12-17 minutes.

Sprinkle the finished fish with the rest of the lemon juice, sprinkle with dill and serve.
