Recipe preparation

Cut into large pieces, cut out the white part.

Heat a frying pan with butter, fry the kidneys over high heat until browning.

If water is released, drain it.

Fry for 5-7 minutes. Salt.

Put on a plate, cut into smaller pieces, return to the pan, add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, heat for 1-2 minutes.
