Cut the bacon into large cubes.
Remove the film from the liver and rinse it thoroughly under cold water.
Cut into cubes like lard or larger.
Peel the carrots, divide into 2 parts.
We put all the ingredients in one pan, fill with water so that it only covers everything. (then add this broth to the pate - it will be more juicy).
Cook for 20-30 minutes, grind with a blender or twist in a meat grinder, salt, add broth, mix.
