
Beef tongue in creamy sauce

We wash the tongue, and put the pot of water on the fire.
After the water boils, add the tongue, 6-7 peppers and bay leaves.
Cook the tongue for 2 hours, add a tablespoon of salt 30 minutes before the end of cooking.
We take out the finished tongue from the pan and immediately dip it in cold water, 5 minutes later we clean it (the skin should come off well).
Cut the tongue into slices.
Now we are preparing the creamy sauce.
Put a few pieces of butter in a frying pan, put pieces of the tongue on the heated butter and fry the tongue over medium heat for 3 minutes on each side.
While the tongue is fried, pour 2 teaspoons of sifted flour and a little less than half a teaspoon of salt into a bowl, add sour cream to the same glass, mix, pour all 150 ml of water and stir thoroughly.
When the beef tongue is fried, carefully fill it with the resulting sauce.
Now simmer for 5-10 minutes and remove from heat.
