Recipe preparation
Cut the tenderloin along the grain (you get 4 pieces).
The resulting layers are carefully beaten off until translucent, without making holes.
Cut the cheese (mash), add chopped garlic.
Grease a piece of meat with mustard (for each piece about 1 tbsp. L.), Pepper, salt, put about 80-100 gr. cheese, fold in half and chop with two toothpicks.
Fry the beef with cheese until golden brown over medium heat.
Then add a little water, cover, reduce the heat to a minimum and hold for 10 minutes
