Recipe preparation

Cut the meat into slices about 1 cm thick.

Put the meat in a frying pan greased with vegetable oil.

Season with salt and pepper.

Fry the meat on both sides.

Add cranberries, cover, fry for about 1 hour.

If the meat starts to burn, add a little water.
