Recipe preparation

Add finely chopped onion, salt and spices to the minced meat. Beat in an egg and stir. Rub the cheese on a fine grater and mix with the egg. Divide the dough into small balls. Roll the balls into pancakes. Put a piece of minced meat in the middle of each pancake. We fold the minced meat into a pancake and fix the edges of the dough.

Fry the whites on each side in a preheated pan with the addition of vegetable oil.
