Recipe preparation

Cut the duck along the breastbone.

Separate the bones carefully.

Trim the wings.

Leave the tips of the bones only in the thighs.

Filling: fried mushrooms + onions or cabbage, or minced meat.

Sew up. Rub with salt and pepper, pour over lemon juice, spices.

Put it in the baking sleeve - and put in the oven for 2 hours.
