Recipe preparation
Chop cabbage, add mushrooms, ground black pepper, egg.
Mix everything, add sour cream, flour and salt, mix everything.
Heat the pan well, grease generously with vegetable oil and lay out the cabbage mass, smooth and bake for 5 minutes, then gently turn over and fry for another 5 minutes, then cover and keep on fire for another 3 minutes.
Cut the finished cabbage pancake in portions, sprinkle with herbs and serve with sour cream.
