Tear iceberg lettuce into small pieces
Bake or fry the chicken fillet, cut into cubes. make a sauce based on homemade mayonnaise
While whipping, add a couple of anchovies, a drop of lemon, salt, pepper to the yolks, then pour oil in a thin stream until you get a sauce.
Season the salad with the resulting sauce.
