White layer:
cream 100 ml, pasty curd 170 gr, gelatin 40 gr, vanillin on the tip of a knife, sweetener 5 scoops, cranberries 100 gr.
Prepare the dough, separate the whites from the yolks
Whisk the whites into a strong foam with a sweetener.
Whisk the yolks with sweetener and cocoa
Then mix the whipped whites and yolks and bake for 5 minutes at 200 ?
Soak gelatin in water and let it swell
In a bowl, mix cream, cottage cheese, sweetener, vanillin and gelatin
Cut the baked cake into 2 parts
Cover the bottom of the mold with a film and put one part of the cake layer, fill it with a white layer, sprinkle with cranberries and cover with the rest of the cake on top
Put in the refrigerator to freeze.
