Recipe preparation
Pour gelatin with cream, leave to swell for 30 minutes.
Beat the whites with a pinch of salt and lemon juice until frothy and add the crushed sweetener.
Pour 2-3 tbsp of coffee. l. boiling water, leave to cool.
Melt gelatin a little in the microwave, and cool.
Add gelatin to the whites while whisking.
Divide whites into 2 parts:
Pour 1 part into a bowl moistened with water.
Mix 2 part with a coffee mixer and put on top of a white layer and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
