Recipe preparation
We take mackerel and knead it well with a fork.
Cut the pickled cucumbers into half rings or cubes, depending on the size (cucumbers can also be replaced with salted ones, this will not spoil the taste of the salad)
Eggs boil hard, peel and cut into small cubes or finely chop
Put fish, pickled cucumbers and eggs in a deep bowl and stir
Optionally, you can also chop the greens into the salad
Season the salad with mayonnaise and add salt if necessary.
Before serving, put on a plate, forming a slide and decorate with herbs
