Dry the meat, grate with salt, pepper and spices
Garlic can be "inserted" in thin slices directly into the meat through small cuts, or you can simply rub the entire surface of the meat with crushed garlic.
Wrap in foil and put in a multicooker bowl on the "Baking" mode for 1.5 hours.
Hot chops are best cut into thick pieces
