Recipe preparation
Boil the chicken breast, adding a whole head of onion, carrots, chopped celery stalks to it and salt.
When ready, remove and chop the meat.
The onion and carrots can be thrown away - you won't need them.
Add chopped spinach and melted cheese to the boiling broth, stirring well until completely dissolved.
When serving, sprinkle the soup with finely chopped fresh herbs.
