Recipe preparation

Cut the chicken into pieces, wash and dry with a paper towel.

Fry the chicken pieces in a hot skillet without oil until golden brown.

Separately fry the onion, cut into half rings.

Add the fried chicken pieces to the onion, add the tomato paste.

Season with salt and pepper, add dry basil and suneli hops.

Simmer for 15-20 minutes, covered.

Add half a glass of dry red wine, heat to maximum and cook without a lid for 5 minutes.

Then add finely chopped cilantro and a couple of garlic cloves there.

Stir, close the lid, turn off the heat and let it brew for 5-10 minutes.
