Recipe preparation

First, we make baskets, as they should harden well before laying out the salad.

Grease the bottom of a flat plate with butter, rub a little cheese on top, lay out a circle with a diameter of 10-12 cm from it.

We put the plate in the microwave for 20 seconds or place it in a preheated oven until the cheese melts.

We take it out, let it cool down a little, then carefully remove the cheese circle from the plate, put it on an inverted glass and give the desired shape.

We put in the refrigerator until it cools completely

We do the same with the rest of the cheese.

Peel the squid carcass, rinse, put in a bowl and pour boiling water over it. So repeat 2 times.

Then remove the squid from the water, cut into half rings or strips.

Cut the cucumbers into strips.

Finely chop the eggs with a knife.

We mix all the ingredients, season with mayonnaise and put in the refrigerator to cool.

Place in baskets before serving. Decorate with olives, lettuce, lemon
