Recipe preparation
Sliced champignons
Fry for 5-10 minutes
Grate carrots and fry too
Broccoli cut into inflorescences
Add all ingredients and salt to boiling water
Cook for 10 minutes
Meanwhile, grate the cheese and add to the soup
Cook for another 5 minutes, until the cheese melts
Sprinkle with dried dill and keep on fire for a couple of minutes
Serve the soup with croutons
