Recipe preparation
Place melted cheese in boiling water
While the cheese gradually dissolves, finely chop the onion and lightly fry in butter
Without defrosting the mushrooms, add to the onion and simmer until all the water has evaporated.
Add dill and one bouillon cube, mix and remove from heat.
We clean the zucchini, cut into strips or cubes and dip in the cheese broth.
After 10 minutes, add the mushrooms and onions, mix and cook for another 10 minutes.
Remove from heat, put bay leaf and let it brew.
